Quick answers for parents, learners, and schools.

How do parents create an account?
Go to the login page, select the Parent tab, and choose Create one. Register with your email, accept the privacy consent, and your account will be ready. Your school links you to your children.
How do learners sign in?
Learners use the Student tab on the login page. They need their school code, learner ID (from the school), and a 4–8 digit PIN provided by their teacher.
Is my child's data secure?
Yes. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted by role and school tenant. Results are never publicly disclosed — only authorised staff, linked parents, and the learner can view them.
How does POPIA apply?
Schools are the responsible party under POPIA; LearnerLens acts as an operator on their instruction. Data is processed on EU-based Google Cloud infrastructure (Netherlands), with sub-processors listed in our Privacy Policy. We support consent on parent registration, data export, deletion, and audit logging.
How can my school get started?
Contact us to set up your school tenant. Once configured, admins and teachers can sign in via the Staff portal to manage learners, import marks, and publish results to parents and learners.
